PRODUCT INFORMATION

All prints are professionally produced by CPL Digital in South Melbourne with archival quality inks on museum quality William Turner Hahnemuhle paper (100% cotton, 310 gsm).  This features a distinct textured surface, and meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.

WHAT IS A GICLEE PRINT?

The word 'Giclee' comes from the French 'to spray'.  Giclee prints offer high-resolution imaging and long-term colour fidelity through the use of light-fast high quality archival inks.  The process of making a Giclee print involves being generated from high resolution digital scans, and provides better colour accuracy than other means of production.  Giclee prints are typically created using professional 8-colour to 12-colour printers.

PRICING, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.  Kim reserves the right to change the pricing at any time.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within Australia (via registered post), and 3-4 weeks for international shipping.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT

If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it.  You must notify Kim within 7 days of receiving your print with the original order number and your reason for return.  The print must be returned in unused, unmarked, and saleable condition.  You must pay for return of the print, Kim will pay postage for delivery of a replacement print to you. 

Should you consider a print flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact Kim as soon as you have received it to discuss replacement.
